Service description
Name: the «Perezagruzka» Programme — individual therapy for restoring the nervous system.
What is included:
- 4–8 individual therapy sessions online (Zoom), 60–90 minutes each
- The duration is set individually during the free strategy call and recorded in the agreement
- The provider’s own method — hypnocoaching, neurocoaching and stress work
- Burnout measured with the licensed MBI-GS Mind Garden instrument before and after the programme
- Anxiety and depression measured with standardised scales (PHQ-9 and others)
- An observation journal kept between sessions
- Hypnotic audio recordings for independent use
- Support between sessions through a secure communication channel
Price
The price is set individually during the free strategy call, based on the specific case and the agreed scope of work. The base price of the programme is from $1,000 USD (or the equivalent in another currency at the rate on the day of payment).
Payment terms: a single payment before the programme starts, or in instalments on the schedule set in the agreement (as a rule two or three payments; the first before the programme begins).
Payment method: bank card through the secure Stripe payment gateway (an international payment provider). The full list of accepted payment methods is in the Commerce Disclosure.
No payment is taken on this website. It publishes information about the service and the legal documents; a personal payment link is sent after the strategy call, once the scope of work and the price have been agreed.
How to join the programme
- Free strategy call — book it at perezagruzka.danielviktorovich.com
- Questionnaire and preliminary assessment — complete the form describing your current state
- The strategy call online (30–40 minutes) — discussing your case, checking mutual fit, agreeing scope and price
- Contract and invoice — once agreed, you receive the contract for electronic signature and a payment link
- Start of the programme — after the signed contract is received and payment is confirmed
Result guarantee
Refund guarantee. The individual agreement sets measurable, verifiable result criteria. If they are not met by the end of the programme, the full price is refunded; if only some are met, the refund is proportionate to what was not achieved. The guarantee applies where the programme is completed and the client participates in good faith. Detailed terms are in the agreement and the Refund Policy.

Who it is NOT for
- Minors (under 18)
- People with active psychiatric diagnoses in an acute phase (work with an appropriately qualified medical specialist is required)
- People with active addiction (alcohol, narcotics) — prior work with addiction specialists is required
- In case of severely acute mental states — immediate contact with a psychiatrist or emergency psychological services is required
